If you’re new here- hiiiii! Jon and I just got back from a 10 day trip to Italy and it was nothing short of amazing! Please bare with me while I gather all of the activities + food recs, outfits and pictures and write up a few blog posts on it all- but first I wanted to do a dedicated blog post for one of the most memorable things we did which was take a private boat tour around the island of Capri with an AMAZING tour guide (TONY) who, if you love history you will love him! He lives on the island with his wife, and they have their own lemon farm and make their own wine- COULD THAT BE ANYMORE OF A FAIRYTALE?!
He showed us secret swimming holes and grottos, told us the history about old town Anacapri and also brought us snacks and homemade wine from his garden! I would highly recommend a tour with Tony, he is a true gentleman and was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Oh and he was super patient and helpful with us trying to get the perfect shot for some of my pictures!!
I knew I wanted to take some pictures with the beautiful backdrop of Capri so I brought THIS stunning dress (could def be worn for homecoming or even prom!) from Lulus! The sequins glistened so beautifully in the sun, it really made for a gorgeous photo! Wearing a size XS! Also comes in purple!
I also knew that spending four hours in the hot Italian sun was probably not the best for my skin who barely sees sunlight so I knew I wanted to bring something to cover my arms and some of my legs just incase I started getting burnt! THIS coverup was the PERFECT choice! It is such a thin linen that when I had it on I didn’t feel like I was going to overheat but it gave me the protection that I was looking for! I got a size S/M and it fit exactly how I wanted. And even though I brought 3 other cover ups on the trip, this was the only one I wore!
Jon must have thought I was crazy when he saw me packing this huge beach bag for a private boat tour but hey- when you’re in such a beautiful place like Capri, you have to have a few outfit changes everyday, right?! I brought 2 bathing suits with me (actually, 3 if you count THIS ONE which is reversible! I only wore it on the white leopard print side during the boat tour, but when I put up stories from the day I was BOMBARDED with DMs about it! Y’all loved it as much as I did! I got a size S and it fit perfectly!! Check out how the pics came out below!

PS- I know we are transitioning into fall, but I wanted to give a quick shout out to the shoes that I wore the most in Italy since you will be seeing them almost every single outfit picture and blog post!
