February Favorites! - Busy Being Blake

I’m not even joking when I say that one day it was February 3rd and then I blinked and it was March 1st… Like what?!?! I truly have no clue where February. Even though it is only 3 days shorter than the rest of the months, every year I feel like it FLIES by. Does anyone else feel that way? Please tell me I’m not crazy haha

That being said, I don’t have as many favorites as I thought I would when I thought about this blog post, but the ones that I do have are good..really, really good!

I have three items that stand out among the rest so let’s start with those three because you’re probably sick of hearing me talk about them already haha.

First up- Wild Fable boyfriend jeans from Target. I’ve been wearing these jeans non stop the past month. They are so comfy, the perfect shade of denim, and best of all, they are 22$!!! They a size or two big so definitely size down. I am usually a size 2 and I got a size 0, and may even go back and get the 00.

Next- my white booties. I know, I know. This is no surprise to anyone who has access to my Instagram. But what can I say, I freaking love these booties!!! It just amazes me how they literally go with EVERYTHING! *Spoiler alert- I have a blog post coming soon on all of the different ways to style white booties, so look out for that!

The last product that blew me away was Isle of Paradise tanning mousse. I was SHOCKED, and frankly still am shocked, at how amazing this tanner is. Normally I buy the darkest shade possible of a tanning product, but since I didn’t pick this out myself, I was worried that the medium shade wasn’t going to be as dark as I am use to. Welp, that is definitely not the case with this tanner. The medium shade is darker than any other tanning mousse that i’ve ever used- and I’ve used a lot! It also lasts longer than most tanners that I’ve used. Usually by day 6 my tanner is pretty much gone, but Carly and I went to an event on day 5 and she told me I looked tanner than I did a few days before, she literally said “I think your tan is getting darker” and thats a sentence I don’t mind hearing! I’ve inserted some UNEDITED pictures of my tan 1-5 days after the application so you can see how dark it is!
